Palace in Ciszyca

During family walks and trips, guests of Wonder Home Apartments do not forget about the Palace in Ciszyca. It is located in the north-eastern part of the Jelenia Góra Valley, near Kowary.

Currently, it can only be visited from the outside, as it currently serves as a residential building. We recommend visiting the nearby castles and palaces, especially during the holiday season, because it is good fun for the whole family.
The current palace was probably built by Carl Gotthard Langhans along with a landscape park, to which Hoym later included the Ruhe-Berg hill, also called Ministerberg or later - Radziwiłłówka. In 1938, the palace buildings became the set of the film Preussische Liebesgeschichte directed by Hungarian Paul Martin. The film told the story of, among others, in Ciszyca, the story of the unhappy love of Princess Eliza Radziwiłłówna (1803-1834) for the Prussian successor to the throne, Wilhelm, later Emperor Wilhelm I.
