About the apartment

Do you dream of mountain adventures and fantastic views? The Słoneczna Panorama Apartment in Karpacz is a great base for trips to the Karkonosze Mountains.  Studio apartment from the newest investment Orlik Residence It sleeps three people and measures approximately 28 square meters. It also has a large, south-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing after a hike and enjoying the view. The apartment is perfect for mountain lovers, as it's close to trails and ski lifts.

The excellent location of the Słoneczna Panorama Apartment provides easy access to numerous attractions, such as:

- playground on the investment site, 

- Szum i Rosa restaurant,

- Ski Arena Karpacz and Winterpol,

- Wang Church,

- Wild Waterfall,

- place of gravitational anomaly,

- aquapark at the Gołębiewski Hotel.

As part of your stay, you can use a free parking space in the underground garage. For an additional fee, we also accommodate dogs.

Finishing works are underway in the building and on the property, noise may occur.

The apartment has free starter kit*, consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, 3 dishwasher tablets (if the apartment has a dishwasher), a sponge, a set of trash bags, coffee, tea, sugar, and spices. This way, you don't have to start your stay with shopping.

Accommodation and check-out policy

The hotel stay lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 11:00 on the day of departure.

After paying the 100% fee for your stay and completing the electronic registration card, you will receive an email with check-in and check-out instructions. The apartment offers remote check-in options. Online Check-in, so we will also send you special codes to open the door.
