About the apartment

This single-level apartment, approximately 60 m², sleeps four. Guests have access to a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area with a TV. Large glass doors lead from the living room to a private terrace. The apartment features two lockable bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The apartment is located in the Skalne Estate and is particularly convenient for families with children, due to its location in a monitored housing estate. Nearby (about 3 minutes away) is a fenced and safe playground with swings and a soccer field, and a well-stocked grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. 

The apartment has free starter kit*, consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, 3 dishwasher tablets (in the case of an apartment with a dishwasher), a set of basket bags, a sponge, coffee, tea, sugar and spices, so that our guests do not have to start their stay with shopping.

Arrival and departure policy

The hotel stay lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 11:00 on the day of departure.

After paying the 100% fee for your stay and completing the electronic registration card, you will receive an email with check-in and check-out instructions. The apartment offers remote check-in options. Online Check-in, so we will also send you special codes to open the door.
