Na drugim poziomie znajduje się otwarta antresola i druga zamykana sypialnia. Apartament usytuowany jest na III piętrze nowego apartamentowca (brak windy), na terenie inwestycji „Leśny Dom”. Przestronny apartament i bliskość przyrody gwarantują wspaniały, relaksujący pobyt.
