Would you like to spend a unique holiday in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains with your whole family? Then book your stay at Domek Oliwka in Karpacz. This two-story, modern apartment at 71/2 Komuny Paryskiej Street comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The approximately 85 m² apartment comprises, on the first floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, a lounge and TV area, a dining area, a lockable bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The second floor features two lockable bedrooms. The living room opens onto a balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building (no elevator) in the Skalne housing estate.

The great location of the Oliwka Apartment provides easy access to numerous attractions, such as:

- the Raven Rocks tourist trail,

- Relax ski slope,

- safe playground,

- football pitch,

- grocery store

- city promenade.

As part of your stay, you can use a free outdoor parking space. We also welcome dogs for an additional fee.

The apartment has free starter kit*, consisting of: 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, 3 dishwasher tablets (if the apartment has a dishwasher), a sponge, a set of trash bags, coffee, tea, sugar, and spices. This way, you don't have to start your stay with shopping.

Accommodation and check-out policy

The hotel stay lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 11:00 on the day of departure.

After paying the 100% fee for your stay and completing the electronic registration card, you will receive an email with check-in and check-out instructions. The apartment offers remote check-in options. Online Check-in, so we will also send you special codes to open the door.
