Ruins of Prince Henry's Castle
Ruins Hunting Castle, also known by its German name Heinrichsburg, is a historic structure erected in 1806 on the summit of Grodno Mountain. The castle was designed as a picturesque ruin, in keeping with the then-current neo-Gothic style. The building underwent a thorough renovation in 2015-2016 and is now open to visitors.
The building is located in the Podgórzyn commune in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Łomnickie Hills, near Jelenia Góra. The castle is easily accessible to tourists, with hiking trails leading to it from nearby Staniszów, as well as from Marczyce and Sosnówka.
