Before making a reservation at Wonder Home Apartments, please read and accept these Regulations. These Regulations are consistent with the provisions of art. 8.1. point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1030, as amended).

§1.[Resolutions general]

1. These regulations define the rules for participation in events (hereinafter referred to as the Event)

organized by ApartamentyWonder Home.

2. Apartamenty Wonder Home shall be understood as: Apartamenty Wonder Home Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Karpacz, [code 58-540], at 1H/2 Myśliwska Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division, under the KRS number: 0001018736, REGON: 524448551, NIP: 6112824270, and Sebastian Aksak, conducting registered business activity under the name Apartamenty Wonder Home, with its registered office in Legnica, at 68 Janowska Street, [code 59-220], NIP 691-173-91-67 (hereinafter: the Organizer).

3. Participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

§2. [Participants Event]

1. People of all ages can participate in the Event: children, teenagers and adults.

2. Participants under 15 years of age may only take part in the Event under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians, unless the parent/guardian expressly decides otherwise.

3. The parent/guardian is fully responsible for the child's safety, including assessing their:

a) age and degree of maturity, b) state of health and fitness,

c) readiness to participate in the Event independently.

4. The organizer does not limit participation in the event based on age, but the youngest children should be under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. The guardian is obliged to supervise the child in a way that ensures his or her safety (protection against falling, swallowing toys or other dangerous elements, etc.).

6. The program of each Event is available for viewing at the reception of Wonder Home Apartments.

§3.[Responsibility]

1. The Organizer is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with these regulations.

2. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children under their care.

§4.[Recording of the image]

1. During the Event, photos and video recordings may be taken for promotional purposes, including publication on social media, on the Organizer's website and in promotional materials.

2. Participation in the Event is tantamount to consenting to the free recording, processing and publication of the participant's image, including that of children.

3. In the case of minors, consent to the use of their image is given by their parent or legal guardian who allows them to participate in the Event.

§5.[Final provisions]

1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program.

2. Any questions regarding Events can be directed to the Wonder Home Apartments reception desk.
