The Juna Earth Museum and Karczma Głodowa are located at Jelenia Górska Street on the road from Jelenia Góra, in a former watchtower built on the Famine Road leading from Piechowice through Szklarska Poręba to Harrachov. There, you could admire a rich collection of precious and decorative stones, an exhibition devoted to the earth, and buy interesting souvenirs.
In 2010, the exhibition at the Museum underwent a thorough reorganization. There are separate rooms devoted to Minerals of Poland and Minerals of the World. The former inn expanded its activities to include an exhibition of the Sudetes Guide and GOPR. The basement of the Museum was made available to organized groups with a guide. In the basement, there was also an original bread oven with an exhibition devoted to bread baking.
