Śnieżka - the highest peak (1603 m above sea level) of the Karkonosze Mountains, the Czech Republic, the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the entire Silesia.

Located on the Polish-Czech border, it dominates the Jelenia Góra Valley. Visibility in favorable conditions exceeds 200 km.

The Śnieżka massif is formed by a characteristic rock pyramid rising over 200 meters above the surrounding ridges. For most of the year, the weather conditions are very harsh: low temperatures, gusty winds and heavy rainfall and snowfall.
