The church was consecrated in September 1908. The temple was built by the faithful of the Evangelical Augsburg Church.
It became the property of the Roman Catholic Church only after World War II, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Currently, it is an auxiliary church of the Roman Catholic parish of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Karpacz.
