Remuneration for the performance of the contract, which consists of:

• Basic rate commensurate with skills, experience, and commitment. Detailed financial terms are discussed individually during the interview.
• Logistics allowance amount.
• Additional bonuses for the efficient and complaint-free closure of requests from Guests and Reception.

• Performing ongoing technical inspections of apartments.
• Quick handling of service requests, including minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry faults.
• Collaboration with the Guest Service Department and the Housekeeping Department to verify the condition of the premises.
• Minor maintenance work on external areas.

• Own means of transport, necessary to move between apartments.
• Versatile manual skills and a technical sense, i.e. skills typical of a "handyman.".
• Ability to solve problems independently and work efficiently under time pressure.
• Responsibility, conscientiousness and high personal culture.
