We are looking for cooperation: Chief Accountant / Financial Manager (In-house)

Form of cooperation: Employment contract or B2B contract

We process thousands of bookings per month, are constantly growing, and are entering a new phase of professionalization in our business processes. We are on the cusp of a major digital transformation, involving the construction of a powerful financial ecosystem based on an ERP system, OCR technology (artificial intelligence for invoice reading), and automatic integration with banks. We are looking for someone to take the helm.

Wonder Home Apartments is a dynamically developing company with 10 years of experience,
a leader in the rental industry in the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains. We manage a portfolio of nearly 350
premises in Karpacz, Świeradów-Zdrój and the surrounding area.

Form of cooperation:

Remuneration for the implementation of the contract, adequate to the scale of implementation and the candidate’s experience, consisting of:

  • Monthly Basics – financial conditions to be agreed individually.
  • Implementation bonus and smooth takeover of processes from external accounting offices.
  • Possibility of working fully remotely from anywhere in Poland or in a hybrid model.
  • Working with the most modern tools available on the market, including an integrated ERP environment using artificial intelligence to read data.
  • Great independence of action – you will be the leader of accounting and financial analytics.
  • Operational support, including a designated financial assistant, and professional IT support.
  • Financial and business stability in a large, constantly growing company.
  • Independent bookkeeping of a limited liability company.
  • Managing the implemented digital document workflow and approving automatic assignments generated by OCR tools.
  • Supervision of settlements with owners of nearly 350 apartments, including generating transfer packages to the banking system via API.
  • Correct accounting under the Estonian CIT and automatic settlement of inter-entity transactions, including transfer pricing and re-invoicing.
  • Supervision of the HR and Payroll module, including generating payrolls from the system and settling commissions.
  • Generating reports and analyses, including in the Power BI system, illustrating the company's profitability for the Management Board.
  • Advanced, experience-based knowledge in the field of servicing companies settling under the Estonian CIT – this is a key requirement.
  • Proficient knowledge of KPiR.
  • Many years of experience as an independent accountant, independent accountant, chief accountant or chief accountant.
  • Practical experience in working with ERP systems.
  • Independence, assertiveness and the ability to think analytically.
