Form of cooperation: Contract of mandate

The contractor may accept ongoing cleaning orders for execution.
and preparation of apartments located in Karpacz, Świeradów-Zdrój and other surrounding areas,
in which the Client provides hotel services to its guests.

Wonder Home Apartments - a company with 10 years of experience, awarded many times
in guest rankings for perfect cleanliness and excellent organization. We operate in Karpacz,
Świeradów-Zdrój and the surrounding area. We have 350 premises.

Form of cooperation:

Monthly remuneration for the performance of the contract, consisting of:

  • Amount earned individually for cleaned apartments. The net amount payable is in accordance with the current price list. Exact rates will be provided during a personal conversation.
  • Logistics allowance amounts in the amount of 10% value of cleaning services performed in a given settlement month.
  • Additional remuneration for diligence and lack of complaints in the amount of PLN 5% of the value of cleaning services performed in a given settlement month.
  • Additional remuneration of PLN 200 net for the performance of accepted services on all Sundays on which the Client offered orders for performance.
  • Possibility to work on selected days and hours.
  • Possibility of achieving systematic payouts throughout the year.
  • Possibility to adjust the number of hours and apartments to the assumed monthly salary amount.
  • Professional cleaning products.
  • Work clothes.
  • Comprehensive cleaning of apartments after guest stays.
  • Change of bed linen and towels.
  • Replenishment of basic equipment.
  • Own means of transport.
  • Conscientiousness and accuracy.
  • Good work organization.
