Construction according to the design of Wrocław architect Ludwik Schneider began in April 1909. In July 1909, the dean of Jelenia Góra, Fr. Franz Forche blessed the foundation stone.
The construction of the church was commissioned to a master mason from Kowary, Max Steiner. On October 28, 1909, a cross was placed on the tower, and on St. Anna On August 26, 1910, the church was consecrated. The characteristic silhouette of the temple with the onion-shaped dome of the tower refers to the baroque architecture of Tyrol. Inside the church there is a late Baroque main altar with a painting of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and two side figures depicting Saint. Peter and Saint Antoni.
