Many bicycle routes cross the hiking routes of the Jizera Mountains. Cyclists, off the beaten path, constantly invent a route that is more or less extreme. It is not difficult to get to Polana Izerska or Hala Izerska, overcoming the hills and difficulties created by nature itself. The proximity of the Czech Republic also increases the attractiveness of the routes, thanks to the possibility of easily crossing the border and visiting a neighboring country.
